Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to allow the Managed Access System at Central Mississippi Correctional Facility (CMCF) located at 3794 Highway 468, Pearl, MS 39208, to prevent contraband wireless devices from accessing the Band 14 FirstNet signal.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to prevent contraband phones at Mississippi State Penitentiary from accessing the Band 14 FirstNet signal. The purpose of the operation is to allow the Managed Access System at CMCF, which provides for the controlling and access of cellular communication within a correctional setting, to prevent contraband wireless devices from accessing the Band 14 FirstNet Signal. The Managed Access system is specifically designed for deployment a prisons and jails.
