Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are tasked with improving transmission and distribution power conditioning technology under a department of defense (DoD) contract. Our approach will be to wirelessly couple to transmission/distribution lines at discrete frequencies between 50 kHz and 190 kHz, and Measure the Response of Power Conditioning Components.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Wirelessly couple to transmission/distribution lines at discrete frequencies between 50 kHz and 190 kHz, and Measure the Response of Power Conditioning Components. Radiate a single discrete frequency for 5 seconds of every 10 minutes, change to a different discrete frequency, and repeat. Each discrete frequency will be between 50 kHz and 190 kHz. the waveforms will be constant amplitude with no modulation - continuous wave, single tone.
