2. What is the name of the satellite?
3. The IARU letter is dated December 30, 2012 and mentions a launch date of July 2013. Explain, and
provide the projected launch date.
4. Submit an Orbital Debris Assessment Report (ODAR).
5. The FCC’s International Bureau requires the submission of SpaceCap data in order to complete
evaluation of your application. In accordance with the provisions of Article 9.1 and Appendix 4 of the
Radio Regulations, mandatory submission of a SpaceCap file for each individual space station is
required. The software and instructions may be downloaded from the ITU link
http://www.itu.int/en/ITU-R/software/Pages/spacecap.aspx. Submit the results to my FCC email address,
Douglas.Young@fcc.gov, as a zip file and rename the file to have an extension of something other than
*.zip to avoid problems with the FCC’s firewall.


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 01, 2013 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
