We are needing to support a delayed FAA MPSUE Flight Test with evidence of interoperability to/from our ground station in Vista, CA. The pilots are in two groups, one mid-August, the second in month of September 2018.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Examine VHF Com 2-way communication & intelligibility of speech, RTCA Minimum Operational Performance Standards - Characteristics of Operation.
