Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is necessary for trialing new equipment, before going through FCC approval, that is designed to provide Mission Critical Communications for Salt River Projects (SRP) Field Area Network. This new technology has been custom designed to meet the exact needs of SRP. SRP has purchased 700 MHz Upper A Block Spectrum and requests to be able to temporarily assess and test this new equipment.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To allow our endpoint transmitting device enough power to cut through the Verizon and AT&T out of band emissions.
