An STA is necessary to be able to operate the radar system in the area of Mesa, AZ. We will obtain experimental airworthiness certification for the helicopter.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Operation of a radar sytem onboard a helicopter. We would like to utilize a radar system for test purposes in Mesa, AZ. The tentative dates are 4/16/18-4/27/18.
