8/5/2019 To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that: Strawberry Communications deploys and/or manages radio frequency equipment. The RF experimentation will be conducted by following a strict Test Plan defined and approved by Strawberry Communications in a controlled environment. Strawberry Communications will have a Project Manager in place to specifically follow the Test Plan, track results, and publish test results. Strawberry Communications has extensive RF experience and expertise deploying RF networks and has a number of RF engineers on permanent staff. For the above reasons, I believe Strawberry Communications meets the Eligibility criteria for an Special Temporary Authority experimental license as set forth in the Commission Rules.
