Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This request is to support US soldier exercises at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA. The intent is to expedite use of GSM cellular technology in current global areas of conflict. This effort is supported by the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA).
