                            Exhibit 1: Information on Experiment

Purpose of Experiment
SRC respectfully requests to the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an
Experimental License for the operation of three SRC-1494 V2 Radars. The purpose of our
request is conducting airspace integration testing.

The operation of these radars are limited to experimental purpose. They are not to be used for
separation of aircraft (including UAS), UAS detect and avoid, or air traffic control purposes.
Further usage will require system review by an appropriate Federal sponsor and NTIA.

The period of time SRC will be requesting our Experimental STA is for a period of six months,
September 1, 2014 through February, 1 2016. The radar will be operated during normal duty
hours and weather permitting.

Operating Location
The SRC-1494 V2 radars will be operated from a tripod 7 ft. above ground at a fixed location
within the radius of operation. The coordinates SRC will use are:

                                                                   Elevation
                                                                                   Radius of
       Location Latitude Longitude (Above mean
                                                                                   Operation
                                                                  Sea Level)
  Port Mansfield TX 26°33'45"N 97°26'40"W 5 ft. 3 km

Operating Schedule
SRC will operate the SRC Experimental Transmitter on the following schedule over the period of
the Experimental License grant:

               Schedule Operations
Hours per day Intermittently up to 8 hours per day

Cease Buzzer for Experiment
SRC understands that operation will be on a secondary non-interference basis. In the event
interference complaints were to occur, SRC has taken preventative measures to cease and
desist from transmission until they can be resolved. SRC has established a Cease Buzzer point
of contact to quickly react with any interference complaints that are the result of our system.
The point of contact for the SRC Cease Buzzer is:

               Point of Contact Telephone Number
            Cease Buzzer (Primary) (315)-452-8114
