I asked you about AFTRCC (Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council) coordination, not FAA coordination.
They are not the same. Your first location signal of 1363 MHz with a 145 MHz bandwidth just barely extends into the
1435‐1525 aeronautical telemetry band. You have three choices: 1) Narrow your bandwidth to be <= 144 MHz; 2) Lower
your center frequency to be below 1362.5 MHz; or 3) Coordinate with AFTRCC. Doing either 1) or 2) probably means you
would have to re‐coordinate with FAA. The instructions for AFTRCC coordination are as follows:
