FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: 0402-EX-CN-2017 Exhibit 3: Project Information Purpose SRC respectfully requests to the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an Experimental License for the operation of an AN/TPQ-50(V)3 Radar for the purpose of testing and integration in support of Government Contract W31P4Q-17-C-0068. Requested Period for Experimental License SRC is requesting a one year period June 15 2017 through June 15 2018. Operating Location The radar will be operated from a tripod 7 ft above ground. The coordinates SRC will use is: Location Latitude Longitude Elevation (Above Radius of mean Sea Level) Operation St. Louis MO 38o 43’ 33N” 90o 18’ 23W” 578 ft 1 KM Cease Buzzer Point of Contact SRC is aware that there are other services that utilize the spectrum in which our system is capable of operating. SRC understands that operation will be on a secondary non-interference basis. In the event interference complaints were to occur, SRC has taken preventative measures to cease and desist from transmission until they can be resolved. SRC has established a Cease Buzzer point of contact to quickly react with any interference complaints that are the result of our system.
