Subject: Request for Info - File #0347-EX-RR-2012
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. Your confidentiality request must be viewable to the public. If necessary, rewrite the justification,
leaving out any confidential information.
2. I question the confidentiality of some aspects of the application. Are the NG T numbers and
government contract numbers confidential? NG T numbers in particular are just coordination tools that
say nothing about the equipment or what it does. The public is already aware of the radar’s military
nomenclature because it was in the description of the experiment that went on public notice after the
grant of the original license. What exactly is confidential? Feel free to answer this question in a
confidential exhibit in your response to this inquiry. Remember, all confidential information must be
separated out from non-confidential material so that everything that is not confidential is viewable by the
public.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of October 19, 2012 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
