Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Experimental STA request for the Experimental S-Band Radar (ESB) is to perform target detection, and tracking of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets. SRC Inc, is also investigating new techniques and evaluation of the performance against of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets using the ESB Radar. Our request is for the period of time June 1 through June 30, 2020.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Perform target detection, and tracking of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets. The purpose of this STA for the Experimental S-Band Radar (ESB Radar) is to evaluate and assess new techniques and waveform development for tracking of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets. The ESB Radar will also demonstrate its capabilities in the process of testing new waveform. SRC hopes to advance the capabilities of the ESB Radar with this STA.
