Dear Mr. Young,

On November 3, 2016, we received your communication with reference number 34595. In that
communication, you requested SES Americom to provide the fixed satellite network names for the
geostationary and non-geostationary satellites with which our proposed experimental antennas will
communicate. In response we provide the following.

The requested antennas operating in the Ka-band will communicate solely with the O3b NGSO satellite
constellation licensed under call sign S2935. Operations in the Ku-band will be conducted with US
satellites authorized to communicate in the bands and non-US licensed satellites included on the
Permitted Space Station List.
