EXHILBIT ONE Our INMARSAT Standard—M communication terminal will be used to assist in the following research and development areas: 1. Software development for new applications. 2. Power consumption testing solar power applications. 3. Development of interfaces to various Data Loggers, Navagation Devices, and Computing devices. 4. Provide real time interface with INMARSAT Coast Earth Stations. We will be better able to provide new services and provide assistance to our customers using existing services with the ability to do real time testing over the INMARSAT system. We will be developing new and improved applications for the INMARSAT Standard—M communications terminals.
