Subject: Request Fee Exemption for Experimental Station WA2XAP

The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) is a special district
established to monitor and improve the air quality within the Sacramento County. It is governed by a 10
member board. The members are elected representatives from the County and the various city councils.

SMAQMD requests a fee exemption for the experimental station WA2XAP because it qualifies as a
governmental entity as described in 47CFR1.1114f.
