Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To meet the requirements of the requested low powered auxiliary devices, including wireless microphones and portable communication devices used in the filming and live broadcast events for New Years in Times Square.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Low-powered auxiliary devices, including wireless microphones and portable communication devices used in the filming and live broadcast events for New Years in Times Square. Applicant is a television program producer, audio and communication equipment rental provider for broadcast, cablecast and satellite broadcast events. Due to the amount of requested low powered auxiliary devices, including wireless microphones and portable communication devices, additional coordinated temporary spectrum is required. Applicant will use requested spectrum on a secondary basis to not cause harmful interference to primary users of requested spectrum. On camera wireless microphones and communications require coordination and sufficient spectrum to operate properly with other BAS and ENG devices within the same venue or area. Applicant is authorized with additional BAS license to accomplish such events.
