Response: Yes. Row 44 Inc. has also filed an application to transfer control of its Ku-band aeronautical
mobile-satellite service earth station network license (Call Sign E080100, File No.
SES-T/C-20121203-01063), which is pending with the International Bureau. This is the only pending
FCC transfer of control application other than the Form 703 filed with OET.
