1. There are 3 identical locations for Denton, TX, please remove 2 of them.
2. The requested frequency band 2-30 MHz is too wide and broad and there are multiple federal and
non-federal operations and services within the band. For these 4 additional locations (Tampa, Florida,
Denton, Texas, Kansas City, Missouri, and Arlington, Virginia) please select and enter the frequency
bands authorized as indicated on the license for the other locations, i.e. Cedar rapid, Oxford Junction,
etc.



The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 20, 2013 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
