We are therefore extending the expiry date un l December 31, 2018 provided that there no major changes to the avionics configura on used during the tes ng. By major changes we consider using equipment such as CMUs or VDRs that have never been tested at the VAQ facility. Modifica ons to equipment that has passed through the VAQ tes ng under a different revision would not be considered as a major change in this context. The reference for this waiver remains RC‐VAQ/068. Rockwell Collins is seeking a renewal of the concurrence granted from SITA in 2014. Rockwell Collins has submitted an application for renewal of its experimental license (call sign WH2XNM) to the FCC OET to continue developmental testing of VHF Datalink radio equipment. We would like to continue that testing; and there have been no changes to the configuration information since Rockwell Collins filed its initial SITA concurrence request granted by SITA in 2014.
