Has this been coordinated with Globalstar? 2. Are the Globalstar and Iridium operators aware of this use? 3. The license lists operations at 500 km altitude. Is this correct? Will the radios transmit during the early phases of the launch, or only when the launch vehicle reaches orbit? 4. Can the modems be commanded to cease transmissions via ground command?
