Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Development and testing of new electronic control unit (ECU) at one customer location. The ECU which has a BLE (Bluetooth low energy) communication interface is used to enable a retrofit solution for keyless entry in the area of commercial vehicles. The device is not yet FCC-certified. See Attached Narrative exhibit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of new electronic control unit (ECU) which is used as remote keyless entry system retrofit. BLE based electronic control unit (ECU) in customer trucks in order to retreive feedback information on performance, stability and user friendliness. The test is limited to 4 vehicles.
