Testing the capabilities of CBRS for providing internet to Students. Installing a single antenna site to get internet to students for a distance of approx 1 mile radius. Targeting low income students. Test is in advance of formal release of the CBRS spectrum

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The network will be based on LTE protocols to backhaul internet from low income student residents. The students will receive an end user device (CPE) that will be connected to the Schools network to provide safe filtered internet access.
