Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Colusa Office Of Education will establish a 4G LTE network using CBRS to test the range, throughput and coverage for offering students noncommercial Educational broadband internet to the students home. Install a single antenna base station at the school district campus, and deploying a 4G LTE network to test the possibility of CBRS in servicing students in the community.
