                                           EXHIBIT A—2
PRODUCTS & SERVICES TO BE TRIALED
This Exhibit A—2 is attached to, and upon signature by both Parties below, becomes a part of that certain
Federated Wireless Trial Agreement with an effective date of November 3, 2016.

Trial for the benefit of: Parlier Unified School District

Company Products:
The Company Products shall include:
             a) Federated Wireless SAS
             b) Federated Wireless ESC

Technology Partner Products:
The Technology Partner Products shall include:
           a) AirSpan AirHarmony 4200 CBRS eNodeB‘s

Trial Phases: (Phase applicability to be jointly agreed upon — this list is for discussion
purposes only and is not meant to be exhaustive)
3.1 Phase 1. Collaborate on inter—SAS operations, jointly develop minimum viable product to support
    FCC R&O Part 96;
     * Red Rover in support of Parlier Unified School District is looking to deploy a 4G LTE
network on the CBRS spectrum. This network to be commissioning in Q1, 2017 will provide
students free broadband internet service at home.
e Palier is located in the rural area of Central California (Frenso County). The District support
3,500 students and had deployed e—learning an 1:1 chromebooks. The District is in a low
income area with 98% of the students on free and reduced lunch. The District is looking to
deploy a network to cover the city providing students free internet access. This will bridge
the digital divide assuring all students have equal internet access. Palier has 7 schools in
         the District.
e The district has allocated funds for this project and looks to gain Board of Education
approval within 60 days to procure the system.
     * The initial Proof of Concept (POC) of a single eNodeB will be deployed in this trial. The
school desires to deploy an additional 2 eNodeB‘s summer of 2017 as part of full production.
     * The System will LTE to backhaul the IP traffic for the internet. Each student will be provided
a MiFi hotspot devices, or alternatively an indoor or outdoor CPE (dense residences)

3.2 Phase 2. Develop and define interfaces for the coexistence layer

     e Data Exchange CBSD location
                  « Parlier Unified School District
                      900 Newmark Ave
                      Parlier, CA 93648
                      United States
                      Phone: (559)646—2731
                      Fax: (559)646—0626
                      http:/www.parlierunified.orq
o Frequency allocation: The desire is to have a min of 20MHz which would be
equal to a standard EBS license. This would be the min spectrum necessary for

reasonable throughputs. Being in a Rural location, the ability to offer increment
allocations will improve the system overall throughput.
          * Optimization: No optimization is required as this will be a single eNodeB

3.3 Phase 3. Joint Field Trial for SAS and LTE interoperability

e Viability of using CBRS for a Educational Private LTE network providing student free school
              provided internet at home.
e The POC: The POC will test the viability of this spectrum in support of service for the
District. It will also verify the operational of the devices (CPEs) and signal strength based on
              distance and building type.
              SAS interoperability
              SAS & CBSD coexistence
              Interference levels
              SAS Peering
LTEAMWIMAX network interoperability i.e. wireless roaming which includes but not limited to:
                   Single User/Multi user
