                     FCC R&O Part 96;

                       * Red Rover in support of Yuma High School District (AZ) is looking to deploy a 4G LTE
                            network on the CBRS spectrum. This network to be commissioning in Q1, 2017 will provide
                            students free broadband internet service at home.
                       * Yuma High School is located in the North of the city and in and under—served area where
                            many kids cannot afford internet at home. The Proof of Concept (POC) is planned to
                            provide 1200 students in the immediate area of the High School free Internet access at
                            home. Should the POC be successful the District would like to expand the program to other
                            school locations with a master plan to cover a majority of the low income neighborhoods..
                            The District is in a low income area with 100% of the students on free and reduced lunch.
                            The District is looking to deploy a network to cover the city providing students free internet
                            access. This will bridge the digital divide assuring all students have equal internet access.
                       * The district has allocated funds for this project and looks to gain Board of Education
                            approval within 60 days to procure the system.
                       * The initial Proof of Concept (POC) of a single eNodeB will be deployed in this trial.
                            The System will LTE to backhaul the IP traffic for the internet. Each student will be provided
                            a MiFi hotspot devices, or alternatively an indoor or outdoor CPE (dense residences)

                3.2 Phase 2. Develop and define interfaces for the coexistence layer
                  *    Data Exchange CBSD location
                               Parlier Unified School District
                               Yuma High School
                               400 S 6th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364
                               United States
                               www.yumaed.org
                       Frequency allocation: The desire is to have a min of 20MHz which would be equal to a
                       standard EBS license. This would be the min spectrum necessary for reasonable
                       throughputs. Being in a Rural location, the ability to offer increment allocations will
                       improve the system overall throughput.
