The call sign WG2XWH, referenced above, on this letter should show "Raytheon ITS", short for Raytheon Intelligence, Information, and Services, as the entity which holds the license. The chart below indicates what the current entity name is and the reason for the change. The policy of the Raytheon Spectrum Management Council requires that each of its business units to be responsible for the licenses that are used at their facilities. The underlying program has moved from Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems to Raytheon ITS. This name change is not the result of a corporate transaction, but merely the reassignment of responsibilities within an existing corporate structure. No actual or pro forma transfers of control have taken place.
