Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A developmental radar will be operated at the Raytheon Test Facility in Pelham NH over the period of 9/17/2018 to 3/4/2019. The purpose of this request for STA is to perform integration, array calibration, test, and compliance verification. If there is a need to conduct the testing for a longer period of time, a permanent experimental license will be requested to support the activity over the desired time frame.
