Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Ku Band satellite communications via flat panel array technology will be employed to determine its effectiveness for Communications-On-The-Move (COTM) applications. Broadband satellite communications on the move using flat panel array technology. The antenna will be facing primarily south toward the satellites in geostationary orbit, at an elevation of approximately 30 degrees.
