Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Raytheon request a STA for the purpose of testing new Component Technology. This will be a periodically during the month of June ending July 1st, 2013.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Conducting radar transmitter technology test. Raytheon will be conducting radar transmitter technology test. Were investigating some component, packaging and integration techniques to improve radar performance. We need to conduct an outdoor test here in El Segundo in the June - July 2013 time period.
