RLM Communications, Inc. is providing The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) training, science, and technology support in the areas of Special Operations Research, Development, & Acquisition Command (SORDAC). 2. RLM will be providing training documentation, technical writers, training specialists, electronic technicians and other media support professionals in the upcoming Design Testing (DT), Operational Testing (OT) and new equipment training (NET) for a family of electronic systems which encompass broadcast radio in AM, FM, SW and television in UHF and VHF analog television and digital television. This is an ongoing mission that will last over the next two years. The delivery of systems to the end users will each undergo OT, NET training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The testing and training activities will take place at RLM Communications, Inc at 1027 East Manchester Road. These activities will occur many times per year as system are delivered and US Army Special Operations soldiers are available to participate in the program. The nature of the activity will include erecting the antenna system several times, startup up the transmitter and transmitting into a dummy load and into the radiating antenna(s) when available. The intention is to only have the transmitter powered up for short periods of time during testing and supportive training. Operation testing may require the transmitter to be up for periods up to 18 hours or more. Our intent at this time is to transmit test signals and/or content from the end users catalog of licensed content (Purchased/leased library). 3. The systems being developed, tested, and delivered will span a period of two years which includes configuration management, potential system upgrades, testing, evaluation, and delivery requirements including OT and NET. We will be satisfied with a two year license for testing and willing to renew/re- apply as needed. Our intention was to inform the FCC during our application process the actual length of these programs activities. A two year license will be satisfactory. 4.
