RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of the film “Mary Lou 2”. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Assembled Productions III has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary Aerial microwave link for the shooting of this film. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the NY NY area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of the film "Mary Lou". RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 -2390 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2368MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from June 20, 2018 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on July 19, 2018.
