Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequencies centered on 2368MHz, 2384MHz with a 16MHz bandwidth from October 30, 2017 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on October 31, 2017.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of a live show. RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a “BC Live Entertainment” show in Las Vegas NV. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. BC Live Entertainment has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of a live show. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Las Vegas NV area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.
