Message:

The proposed number of devices (300) is too high for experimental/demo/testing operations. Why would
you need 300 pieces of equipment? The more appropriate number would be 50. Could this number be
lowered? If not please explain.

The AFTRCC coordination letter is authorized for frequency band 2368-2382 MHz, while you are
requesting for wider bands (2360-2376 MHz and 2376-2390 MHz). Either re-coordinates with AFTRCC or
adjust the frequencies as they’re shown on the coordination letter.

The bandwidth shown on the application for the emission designator (16 MHz, 16M0D7W) for frequency
band 2376-2390 MHz (14 MHz) does not match. Please either lower (14 MHz) the bandwidth or increase
the frequency band (2374-2390 MHz).

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of October 02, 2012 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
