RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an aerial video link for the filming a Netflix Productions film over Cape Canaveral Launch Complex Florida 32920. RF Film Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Netflix Productions has contracted RF Film Inc to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Cape Canaveral FL area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area RF Film Inc. requests the use of a channel in the 2360 - 2390MHz Telemetry Bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF Film Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 - 2368 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission's Rules. RF Film Inc. would submit for frequencies centered on 2364MHz with a 8MHz bandwidth from February 28, 2021 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on March 28, 2021.
