The answer is no. We cannot, at this time, perform dynamic frequency selection testing, because we
have not yet developed the systems to implement this capability.

The goal of the proposed experimental program is to develop a commercial product that can do the
dynamic frequency selection we have previously discussed. Testing this dynamic frequency selection
process must, unfortunately, await development of hardware that can implement it.

Our prior communication to you details the steps we will take to avoid causing harmful interference in our
experimental work. We believe these steps are sufficient and welcome your suggestions for how they
might be improved.
