Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Proxy requires the STA in order to test an Enerdyne Enerlinks II Datalink in a proprietary configuration as part of a non-contractual test activity project to develop innovative systems for the U.S. military and other customers. The STA will provide temporary authorization to use frequencies for testing purposes only.
