Reason we believe we are expect for a fee for filing this application The filing is required for an unfunded DoD experiment for the US Military Our small company has no contract or payment to cover these expenses. The radios involved are very similar to existing smart meter radios installed in commercial unlicensed citizen band across the USA. There is very little risk of danger or unexpected results.
