Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The purpose of this experiment is to be able to monitor the health of E-band transmissions as the Athena bus is commissioned. It is expected to be of a short duration for a period of 180 days using the same parameters as 1682-EX-ST-2020.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing and monitoring of point-to-point microwave links will provide data inputs to establish, tune, and calibrate future E-band links. The stop-buzzer contact is Travis West at 806-239-1165.
