March 18, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that: Pierson Wireless Corp. deploys and/or manages radio frequency equipment. The RF experimentation will be conducted by following a strict Test Plan defined and approved by Pierson Wireless Corp. in a controlled environment. Pierson Wireless Corp. will have a Project Manager in place to specifically follow the Test Plan, track results, and publish test results. Pierson Wireless Corp. has extensive RF experience and expertise deploying RF networks and has a number of RF engineers on permanent staff. For the above reasons, I believe Pierson Wireless Corp. meets the Eligibility criteria for a Special Temporary Authority experimental license as set forth in the Commission Rules.
