Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant wishes to conduct a short-term, terrestrial technical demonstration and proof of concept testing for the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) by invitation of the SOCOM Technical Experimentation Team of a mobile (MANET) product during a period of five days in the area of Coronado, CA at the Silver Strand Training Complex, and within a radius of 10 miles. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation. See attached Narrative.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing, demonstrations and evaluation of data transmission system for the United States Special Operations Command. Please see attached narrative.
