This STA application seeks to use the band 4.440-4.990 GHz for testing of terrestrial point to point system for ultimate use by the United States Air Force in a different allocation. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not allocated for the ultimate deployment of the device for its intended use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing and evaluation and demonstration of high speed data transmission system, terrestrial operation only, under development for ultimate deployment by the U.S. Air Force, in areas near Fort Collins, Colorado.
