Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant wishes to conduct several, short-term technical demonstrations and proof of concept testing, involving mobile users on foot and overhead aircraft to a distance of 80.4 kilometers, of a mobile (MANET) product line during the period 24-28 May, 2021 in the area around Patuxent River Naval Facility in Maryland, and near the Manassas Regional Airport in Virginia. The communications system is not yet equipment authorized and the frequency range is not available for unlicensed or licensed, non-government operation. See attached Narrative.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing, demonstrations and proof-of-concept evaluation of data transmission system. Please see attached narrative.
