You should be able to add additional antenna with the same Fort Collins, CO geographical coordinates with your frequency request with the higher ERP value. In the new antenna page, you can change your radius of operation to reflect the 161km request. Also, you can additional antenna to the mod to the 0898-EX-CN-2018 and merge the frequency request that you made in 0390-EX-CN-2019 to reflect your higher ERP. We don't want to create multiple Callsigns for the same location when that could easily be addressed via a modification request. Please let me know if you have any questions.
