Dear Mr. Serafini,

I am writing to ask that Parallel Wireless be given additional time to obtain First Net's consent to operate
over the 700 MHz public safety bands. In a correspondence dated Sept. 26, 2013, you asked me to work
with Gina Harrison to obtain First Net's consent as related to application No. 0600-EX-PL-2013.

Since that time, I have spoken with Attorney Harrison several times and have prepared paperwork for her
review. My efforts to obtain sample documents filed by others and to access additional informaiton
needed for the papers I prepared for First Net was slowed due to the lack of availability of the FCC's
website during the government shut down.

I spoke with Attorney Harrison this morning and she has asked me to make some revisions to our
paperwork. In light of this, I will not be able to obtain First net's consent prior to October 26, 2013. I
respectfully request, therefore, that Parallel Wireless be given an extension of one month and that our
STA, which is due to expire on November 2, 2013, be extended until our final application can be
approved.
