Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Needed to support USAF and NASA flight tests starting June 14, 2018 and flight tests in July/Aug 2018. Wish to transmit in 915MHz band, at up to 25Watt via an omni directional antenna with max gain of 8dBi. Under contract via USAF/AFRL.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To support USAF and NASA flight tests. Communications ground station will be located on the roof of the Stocker Center (Engineering building), on the main campus of Ohio University, Athens, OH 45701.
