Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The C5ISR Center of the US Army is evaluating cellular technologies as part of their Network Modernization experiment at JBMDL in New Jersey. The Army intends to test a tactically deployable system which employs commercial spectrum in Bands 5 (850 MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz) and Band 2 (1900 MHz).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The C5ISR Center of the US Army is evaluating cellular technologies as part of their Network Modernization experiment at JBMDL in New Jersey. The Army intends to test a tactically deployable system which employs commercial spectrum in Bands 5 (850 MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz) and Band 2 (1900 MHz). The system will only be operational between 8-4 Monday through Friday to run the experiment test threads to determine latency, throughput, and range.
