The new spacecraft application amendment includes more complete orbit information (775 km circular orbit; 97.59 degree inclination; 100.347 minute pericd). The ground station modification application amendment reflects the current output RF power level of 313W (46 dBW EIRP) according to the experimental STA which is increased from the original ground station experimental license. Both ofthe above experimental license applications are used for fulfilling the communications requirement of a DARPA/U.S. Army CECOM contract: Technology Investment Project (TRP) Agreement number DAABOT7—96—3—D758. Concurrent with the FCC experimental license applications, additional NTIA filings J/F 12/960804 and J/F 12/960805 are in place.
