Applicant requests removal of the authorization to transmit in the 148 – 150.05 MHz band because Applicant has determined that the subject operations are fully within the pre-existing commercial service authorized parameters, and thus covered by its existing commercial blanket mobile earth station license (FCC Call Sign E940534).
