Nortel will be demonstrating 3.5 GHz WiMax equipment for use exclusively outside the United States and will need to perform over the air testing of the equipment

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of Nortel's Fixed WiMAX solution at the 2006 NCTA show. At the 2006 NCTA show, Nortel will be demonstrating its Fixed WiMAX solution and will require spectrum to be able to show a live demonstration
